Who operates this website

This website, roseluneeverly.com, is operated for the Roselune Everly project by FoiVosX and Roselune Everly Studios. By using the site, you agree to the practices and terms described on this page.

Data collection

Functional solar-theme storage may contain rounded location, calculation timestamps, timezone information, sunrise and sunset results, the selected theme, its next transition, and the permission-explanation choice. Automatic Day and Night Theme and Approximate Location

The Roselune Everly website may ask for permission to access the location provided by your browser in order to calculate local sunrise and sunset and automatically select the appropriate day or night theme.

The website requests location with high-accuracy mode disabled. However, the level of accuracy returned is controlled by your browser and device. Coordinates are used only transiently in memory and are immediately rounded to approximately city-level precision before being saved locally or used in later calculations.

Only rounded latitude and longitude, calculation timestamps, timezone information, sunrise and sunset results, the selected theme and the next theme transition may be stored locally in your browser. The rounded location cache is normally refreshed after approximately six hours, or earlier if the date, timezone or cached data changes.

The website does not continuously monitor your location. It does not use background location tracking, IP geolocation, reverse geocoding or an external sunrise, weather or location API.

Coordinates are not sent to Roselune Everly, analytics services, advertising services or other third parties. Location is not used for advertising, profiling, marketing, analytics or identifying you.

Location permission is optional. If you deny or dismiss the request, the website remains fully functional and uses the local time on your device as a basic day and night fallback. You can remove locally stored theme and rounded-location information by clearing this website’s browser storage.

Embedded media and platforms

Embedded or linked services such as YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, Deezer, Tidal, Pandora, Boomplay, social networks, press resources, and partner websites may set their own cookies or collect usage data under their own privacy policies. Opening or playing content through those external platforms means you are using their services, not only this website.

Music playback

Music is streamed from the Roselune Everly production media host and only plays after user interaction. Available downloads use the existing player and release-page actions. The persistent player uses browser media features where supported, including Media Session API metadata on compatible devices. The player does not intentionally autoplay audio when the site loads.

Roselune Everly Android App

This Privacy Policy also applies to the official Roselune Everly Android app, package com.roseluneeverly.app, including its music player, content, navigation and associated services. The app does not require sign-in or an account and does not contain advertisements.

The Android app may request foreground approximate location permission in order to calculate local sunrise and sunset for its automatic day and night theme. It uses ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION only. It does not request precise location permission or background location permission.

Location is retrieved through occasional one-shot requests while the app is being used. The app does not continuously track movement and does not run a background location service.

Sunrise and sunset are calculated locally on the device. Exact coordinates are used only transiently in memory and are rounded to approximately city-level precision before any local caching. Rounded location information may be cached for approximately six hours to avoid unnecessary repeated requests.

Coordinates are not uploaded to Roselune Everly, analytics, advertisers or third parties. Location is not used for advertising, profiling, marketing, analytics or identifying the user. If permission is denied or unavailable, the app remains usable and applies a local-time fallback for the day and night theme.

Local playback preferences and interface settings may be stored on the device. Available tracks may be streamed or downloaded according to the app’s existing functionality.

Music and external streaming links may open third-party services. Those destination services have their own privacy policies and practices.

External links

This website links to external sites that are outside the control of Roselune Everly Studios. Those sites are not governed by this privacy policy, and you should review their own terms before sharing information or making purchases.

Unless otherwise stated, the music, images, logos, written copy, release data, and other creative materials associated with Roselune Everly are owned by FoiVosX, Roselune Everly, or Roselune Everly Studios.
